This plan is entirely funded by the employer. We can work with you to determine your appropriate level of coverage and benefits, as well as administer the enrollment and billing of your resulting plan.   Depending on your employee size and risk tolerance, we can design the financial aspects of the insurance piece to relfect these two considerations.
