Barbara Labuskes
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

As Senior Vice President and CFO, Ms. Labuskes is responsible for the finance, treasury, accounting and tax compliance and planning for RCM&D and its affiliated entities.

Prior to joining RCM&D, Barbara served as the Vice President of Accounting and Reporting for Erickson Retirement Communities, which is a long-standing and valued client of RCM&D. 

A graduate of Loyola College, Barbara lives with her family in Bel Air, MD.
