Employees who consistently work 30 hours or more per week, are eligible to purchase Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance on the first of the month following with completion of 30 days of employment. Enrollment in the LTD benefit is voluntary.  The LTD benefit is portable, and can be converted to a policy paid entirely by you when you are no longer employed by RCM&D.
