From time to time we all encounter problems that affect us both at work and at home. RCM&D has a program that will assist staff members and their dependent family members with problems including, but not limited to:
- Family issues
- Alcohol and Drug Use
- Work Stress
- Depression
- Financial concerns (referral services)
- Legal issues (referral services)
