At RCM&D we firmly believe in supporting the community where we live and work and encourage our employees to participate in various philanthropic and community activities. Our employees regularly support numerous national, state and local charities and events each year.  In addition, many employees serve on various community boards. Some of the organizations we support include Our Daily Bread, Rebuilding Together, United Way and Race for the Cure.

RCM&D ANNUAL BENEFIT REGATTA

 
RCM&D sponsors an annual Benefit Sailing Regatta in the Inner Harbor of Baltimore, Maryland to help support  non-profit organizations whose fundamental purpose is improving the quality of life and expanding opportunities for individuals and families in our communities.  Since its inception 13 years ago, the RCM&D Regatta has made contributions in excess of $208,000 to sixteen different organizations.
